But, talking about it slowly gives you the premission to release your burdens. In having these discussions, you find validation in your feelings and your perceptions of experiences while simultaneously receiving support and encouragement from those who are facing common issues. As you experiences these challenges, your loved ones my offer a sympathetic ear but may find it difficult to truly provide good insight to help cope. This platform is a bridge for individuals experiencing similar life events. Join us as I facilitate peer guided discussions drawn from real life experiences.
